The Fonds de compensation commun au régime général de pension (FDC) has been established by the amended law of 6 May 2004 concerning the administration of the assets of the general pension insurance scheme.
Fonds de compensation's principal objective is to ensure the management of the reserve of the general pension insurance scheme with the purpose of letting the major part of this reserve benefit from financial markets movements by investing this reserve on the financial markets through a diversified portfolio subject to strict risk and return criteria. 11.06.2018 - Update of FDC's exclusion list
Five companies (Barrick Gold Corp., Braskem SA, Freeport McMoran, Petrobras and Rio Tinto) have lost their exclusion status and three companies (Dassault Aviation, Larsen & Toubro and Rockwell Collins) have been added to the list.[more]

16.04.2018 - Request for proposals in progress: clarification questions

10.04.2018 - Launch of a new request for proposals
On 10 April 2018, the FDC launched a new request for proposals regarding the awarding of several portfolio management mandates on behalf of FDC's SICAV. [more]
11.01.2018 - Update of FDC's directive
The amended directive, applicable since 1st January 2018, specifies the conclusions from FDC's review of its investment strategy and its socially responsible investment policy done in 2017. [more]

FDC's Board of Directors proceeded to the assignment of the mandates regarding the given request for proposal launched on 23 May 2017.[more]
